Job Description:

- Ideal candidate will be an experienced Web Applications developer with more than 3 years of solid software development experience

- Responsible for designing, developing and implementing .NET based Web and distributed applications

- Translate business and technical requirements into logical and physical designs

- Work with project management and lead the development staff to plan and execute large-scale technical projects

- Ability to clearly communicate both within the team and with the client

- Author formal requirements, analysis and technical design documentation

- Adopt and maintain programming standards to continually improve quality of applications software

- Fluency in German Language is compulsory.

Skills Required:

- Strong programming skills in .NET Platform such as C# and VB.NET

- Must be highly proficient in SQL Server 2005, AJAX , XHTML, DHTML,XML, Web application security and Web 2.0

- Strong analytical skills and clear understanding of OOAD concepts and architecture designing

- Ideal candidates will be experienced in developing enterprise level systems that utilize a tiered and component approach

- Familiarity with new emerging architectures such as SOA and good concepts of Web 2.0, RIA etc.

- Experience of implementing web services or service-oriented architecture is a strong plus

- Minimum 3 years experience of verifiable work experience in above technologies

- Strong mathematical analysis skills will be strong plus

- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

- A willing team player with good interpersonal skills and can-do work attitude
